Removing gluten from your diet doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Based on Ruth Smith’s experience living gluten free, she will help you transition to a GF diet by starting in your kitchen.
During this one-day, four hour program, she goes to your home, assesses your kitchen for hidden contaminants and cross-contamination issues, removes (or separates if family members are not GF) foods that are not within the Gluten Free guidelines and educates you on how to live a gluten free lifestyle with success. You then go grocery shopping together to restock the pantry and fridge with gluten free products. If you are dealing with more than one allergy she will also work with those restrictions.
